If this is the Z, then you have a solid rear axle with coil springs.

yeah it is the z, i know what i have but is it decently good, or should i put aftermarket stuff in it

It's fine. I wouldn't change any of it really.

That's right, solid axle with coil springs - and anti-roll bar. It's pretty basic, it's a good arrangement for drifting though. Most factory suspensions could stand for improved tuning in regards to handling performance. But the setup in the pictures has good potential for upgrading if you wanted to though.
