i'm just saying you can save 20 grand. The sound and sights of 20G would help me get over it.

Just the same, i wouldn't personally buy either, i'd sooner have an M3, C32 or S4

But would it really? Think about it. I'd probably spend the 20 Grand to slightly muffle the engine noise to compensate for it just a little bit. You wouldn't be able to do much about the looks though.

fox- you know where they are selling M3's for less than 50k? None of the dealers around here are...

A new M3 costs 49,302 Euro over here and that is the catalogue price set by BMW. Using todays rate of 1.1295 that's 55,686.61 USD.

That's MSRP -- They are literally walking off the lot here in Washington, DC -- the dealers won't even let you test drive one... It's tough to take one home (in my area) for less that 60k US

some like the looks and sounds of the EVO. i'm not one of them, but still.

it owns bang for the buck.

No, at around $20,000. I think Dodge STR/4 pretty much " owns " bang for the buck, whether one is a fan of it or not. And if not the SRT/4, than something used. Remember, we can't judge the Dodge's resale value yet, it's too new.

I don't know bleh.

GIR, you're not supposed to directly convert the price of a car in one company to it's price in another company simply by currency value conversion. It doesn't qork that way (not quite). If everything was like that, I'd have to spend a hell of a lot more Canadian dollars for a low-end Jaguar S-Type.
