so as it seems there are two cars being developed by pagani...the baby pagani has been already mentioned in another thread.

the second one- zonda's successor- should be lighter,smaller(dunno how much but its clear it will remain a full-size pagani) and more powerful...as for its engine i've heard that a quad turbo V12(from the chrysler ME-4-12) was being considered and i find it possible as the baby pagani is gonna be powered by a supercharged engine....another and more possible option is an inproved version of the current powerplant which could be good enough to put out cca. 700hp

I think the baby Pagani would more likely be equipped with a V8 from AMG, probably super-charged. The Zonda covers the V12 market.

i meant the V8 from Sl55 AMG of course

once again : zonda's successor - tweaked version of the current engine(700hp) or a V12 quadturbo from ME4-12

It was going to be called the F60 until Mr. Enzo decided to name it after him cuz he thought this was going to be the gr8est car he's ever created and ever will create.

update for the esprit : Instead of the initially supposed V8 made by Toyota it now appears that a V8 from the E39 M5 is under consideration...Lotus is said to use FI (predictably biturbo) so the final figure will surely overstep the 500hp mark.

Update for the Esprit?? The Esprit is just about out of production. The U.S. Elise on the other hand is said to use the engine from the Toyota Celica. ( Love that Celica )
