well the '69 GT40 race car is in the classic gulf colours, although i have now completed the 24HR Nurburgring event and won the Formula Gran Turismo race car and used that to win the Ford GT limited edition '04 race car. Amazingly beautiful car

i have a nice piece of information for you all, try and build up about 8-9 million credits before day 694, on that day go into the early and late 90's used garages, you will find special all black versions of the Nissan R390 race car, Toyota GT-One race car, Nissan R92CP race car and the Mazda 787B, this is not a cheat but viable used cars

those four cars are available between days 694-700, and they look amazing

But only between days 694 and 700? If someone didn't know this they could easily miss them.

* Bad meaning good.

yeah i was lucky to read about it basically, i also found a good way to build up cash is the laguna seca endurance, the race give you 200,000 credits and the GT40 sellf for about 750,000. after obtaining and selling the car as well as racing it only uses up 3 game days

all of the endurance races are good ways to make $ quickly without wasting days. however, they waste a good chunk of your day.

Apart from acquiring certain cars between certain "days", do they actually stand for anything? I always assumed it was just a fun little stat to tell how long you're racing career has been going on in virtual time.

the days really just represent the amount of races youve done. certain activities in the game, like licensing, racing, testing your cars, and some other stuff each consume a certain amount of days.

it is just a way of keeping track of what you have been up to really, as for the endurance races taking a large chunk of your day do the laguna seca one in b-spec mode and put it on to 3x as much as possible, will only take about an hour then

an hour is a large chunk of the day. especially if the waves are good.

the only surfing 'lingo' that people think exists that i use is probably, 'dude' and if a wave is straight up nasty and large ill call it gnarly. thats about it.

o yea "hang ten" or "hang five" only applies to longboarders...unless your crazy

...anyway i wont be playing video games, even gt4 if the weather is nice.

yea i forgot about those. i often use 'bra' at the end of other phrases that have meanings:

to say show respect - 'push up, bra'

when out in the water - 'you like sports, bra?

after a nice fatty snap or tube - 'that was a miracle, bra'

after a nasty hit - 'that looked heavily padded, bra' or 'you got stuffed, bra'

yea i could keep on goin.

usually when my brother calls me 'bra' i just say 'strap'
