They messed up almost all the cars, actually. Go test the cars in the power and speed events, and see the 1/4 mile times. They're unrealistic. Evo MR FQ-320 only runs a 13, an SRT-4 only runs a 15.5. Not well done. It's just a game.

Both were rev-limiter launches. The Evo had perfect traction and so did the SRT-4.

yea... like in real life, thats not the best way to launch a car. and in real life, to get a good time, most people i know turn their traction control off...

TCS was off. Best way to launch an AWD car is to hit rev-limiter (or quick-slip, but clutch isn't in the game).

got gt4 today, must say i am very happy with it, although i do confess to giving myself £100,000 from the start as i desperately wanted a charger 440 r/t. mind you if anyone gets that car get the full racing gearbox first as it only has 4 gears from standard and tops out at 120 mph whilst other cars keep on going

You should've bought the Buick Special, it's only like 60k and you could kick ass in the first two special condition events, get 260k and blow that on other cars.

i actually just won a '71 yellow charger with a hemi from the new york endurance race

i noticed that after i bought the charger. mind you the charger was the one i was after, very glad i got it. i shall have to go for the buick special soon. my garage is mainly full of american cars at the moment

I got a 9.6 with a 550 hp (orginal turbo) MR with stage 3 lightening, all the other goodies, 50-50 torque distribution and nitrous. Seems closer to real times than last game.

We've got a shit load of great cars but just a sample of the awesome cars we have are the Nissan 350Z Concept LM Race Car, M3 GTR Race Car, M3 GTR, M3 CSL, Camaro LM Race Car, Cadillac CIEN and completely modified Evo VI Tommi Makinen Edition.

The 350Z LM Race Car and the BMW M3 GTR Race Car are some BADASS cars when modified. Driving on Nordschleife is fun as shit with those cars.

since i have gt4 i might as well tell you all that i have the sauber c9 , audi r8 , bmw m3 gtr race , m3 gtr road , m3 csl , toyota 88cv , merc clk gtr , sti spec c and my personal favorites peugeot 205 t16 evo 2 and the lancia delta s4 along with the new audi a4 dtm

I have more, but not as good cars as you. I need to look at the prize list, I don't know where to get the Toyota 88 or the Sauber C9. However, I still have 4 million I could use to get a 787B. I'm waiting till the real race cars come to the used car dealership.

most of the hardcore race cars come from the endurance races, you got to work to earn those beauties

Well, I got the CLK-GTR from DTM, so I thought I wouldn't have to do crazy long endurance races to get good cars.

el capitan 200 miles gets you the toyota 88C-V which is a hell of a car the sauber c9 can be won from the grand valley 300km in my opinion you get both of these cars way too easily for how good they are

I takes a while at the beginning to get somewhere! Now I finally raced japanese championship! I bought an M5 and should go for european races... I thought for a long time E55 or M5, Then I heard E55 was relatively slow in the game, and that the M5 was much much faster!

Concept cars in GT4 are always much faster than they would be in production. The capabilities of the 350Z concept in GT3 are total BS.

I still can't get over how badly done some cars are. Let me repeat this once more: the SRT-4 is slow. What BS is that? First of all, they put it at 230 hp, 250 torque, which is BS, it's really more like 230 fwhp and 250 fwtq. Then there is the fact that if you launch it over 1k, it will automatically spin. It sure is fun having to ease what should be a high 13 second car into a 15 second run. Why you may ask? Because you will get so much front wheel spin it's laughable.

There is a bright side though, all the Japanese cars are very well done. The Evo gets very realistic speeds on the 1/4 (13.2, little fast, but about right). However, they still didn't put in any time to have the U.S. specs of the Evo, why not give us both USDM and JDM versions of a car. Another downside is they make you do boring ass races just to compete elsewhere.

For some reason, I still love the game. Probably because Citti di Amalfi is so much fun. M3-GTR is also incredible, it is a well sorted car.

Some people think it's ugly, I think it's beautiful and with the sports package it's ALOT more beautiful and sporty.

This hot ass and probably best Mitsubishi ever built. It's called the 1989 Mitsubishi HSR-II Concept.

Now Kris's Personal favorite since he loves the M-series BMW's and use to have an E36!
