Hard to say the RS6 and E55 are very new cars. The M5 has some years now on its neck. It was better then the RS4 and old E55 when it came so i think the new one will be the best.

Audi RS6. 450 hp and a 0-60 in 4.8. Don't forget quattro also! It wins in power, speed, looks, and handling.

E55 - 5.4L 24V SOHC V8 - Intercooled Lyscholm Supercharged, 476hp - 0-60 in 4.3 through a 5spd automatic.

RS6 - 4.2L 40V DOHC V8 - Intercooled Twin Turbocharged, 450hp, All-Wheel-Drive, 0-60 in 4.6 through a 5spd Automatic.

XJR (2004) - 4.2L 32V DOHC V8, Intercooled Eaton Supercharged, 390hp, 0-60 in 5.0 through a 6spd Automatic.

M5 (E39) 4.9L 32V DOHC V8, Naturally Aspirated, 394hp, 0-60 in 4.8 seconds through a Getrag 6spd manual.

M5 (E60 Projected) 5.5L 40V DOHC V10, Naturally Aspirated - Direct Injected, 550hp, 0-60 sub 4 through a 6 or 7spd sequential manual transmission.

I'd go for the M5, either way, either one.
