Diablo RWD 1992 - Wiring diagram

Hello friends,

 

I would like to ask if someone has some owner's/repair's  manual including wiring diagram for this specific problem:

 

- out of nowhere the the charging light and oil light don't even turn on when the ignition switch is engaged

- the control for the heating fan is not working, I can see the change of the speed on the control panel is changing, but the actual speed on the fan is not changing
