Mögliche falsche Verkabelung bei Diablo 2WD?

Hello,

 

Is it possible to adjust speed of fan (heating, air condition) before you start the engine, when the key in the switchbox is turned? We have an issue when we start the engine, the ¨engine check¨ light indicator light is on, after a while the fan starts to work and at the same time, this light indicator turns off and everything works without problem. Is it normal or could there be any issue in the wiring?
