"106 McLaren F1 were produced, the Brunie Royel Family (BRF) owned 10.

 

But who owned the most McLaren F1? Who owns the most F1 today?

 

1- In history, no one has owned more McLaren F1s than the Prince Jefri Familly 10 CARS!!! (002, 004, 005, 008, 014, LM1, LM4, LM5, 09R, 054GT) they owned 5 F1s, 3 F1 LMs, 1 GT, and 1 GTR. Currently, they only own 6 cars. 004 (red) was destroyed in an accident. 005 (black), 014 (yellow), and LM4 (black) have left the collection.

 

 

2- A very discreet Swiss/Italian man owned up to 7 McLaren F1s at the same time in 2022 ( more than BRF in 2022), all on display at @kidstonmotorcars stand at Retromobile. Recently, 053 and 16R (the two white F1s) left the collection.

 

 

3- In Chicago / @mouse_motors , another collection currently includes 5 McLaren F1s (001,072, 12R 23R, LM2 ), but a few years ago, 031 (white) was also included in the collection.

Very funny to see the first and last road F1 in the same collection.

 

 

4- @fanchracing , a French collection also owned 6 McLaren F1s ( 045, 069, 02R, 04R, 05R, 06R) and currently owns 5 cars, including 4 GTRs. 045 (grey) is no longer part of the collection.

 

 

5- Finally, the ZAZ Museum is the only person, along with the Royal Family, to have managed to own a GT, an LM, a GTR, and an F1 simultaneously ( 058F1GT, 053, LM2, 13R, 006, 018). Unfortunately, only the GT remains in the collection. It changed color to a two-tone gray and black a few years ago following a fire.

 

 

Conclusion 5 people on this planet owned 33% of the existing McLaren F1s."

Und Fanchracing ist wohl der einzige Eigentümer, der seine Autos alle auch regelmäßig bewegt und uns daran teilhaben lässt.

Die Sammlung wurde übrigens vor kurzem auch im Gesamten an eine Einzelperson bzw. Institution verkauft.
