but where is a download section?...are there videos of every car they tested?

There is no download section that I know of, or any clear way to buy videos' of the episodes for that matter, I find that odd.

I don't watch the show anyway. A good search over the net might lead you to various downloads, but my advise would be to always keep your VCR handy.
