thats sick. 30lbs on an b18c. that is a lot of custom work. it is too much for a fwd car though. only good for drag.

that sounds awful expensive for a CIVIC!

also, i've heard of lots of civics blowing 30psi, most of them because they detonated. the B18 might be nice, but that is too much pressure.

i like the fact that it does around double the boost of the srt-4, has .6 less liters, and makes around 3 times the power.

the difference being that honda did a lot of work on the B18, and i'm betting there is more than boost contributing to the power on that thing.

And seccondly, since when did dodge start caring about efficient engine design? According to dodge, americans like big and loud, and the word "hemi", just look at their advertising.
