as far as american compact cars go, they really aren't that bad.

i agree with you FOX. its something that gets the job done... if you need a car specifically for the purpose the car was invented for,transportation, saturns arent a bad choice at all.

saturns are kinda cool, the 3 door coupe was a neat idea, i wouldn't mind a focus or a saturn any day. I'm not a fan of neon or cavalier (mostly because they use cutting edge 1974 technology and quality standards), but yeah, for the money, it's a solid car that gets you from point a to b on very little gas, in comfort, and with even possibly a little fun.

when was the last time you guys were in saturns? my sister's boy toy drives one and he envy's my pos car(for economical reasons). one of my friends had a neon and drove a saturn wagon around when he couldnt drive the neon(it got keyed and pissed on, funny but different storry), he wasnt to fond of it either. As for the creator of the thread even, im assuming that he is the only one who has owned a saturn that has posted so far. i think you would probably have to own the car to understand the hate for it.

thats why i love my civic, dumb, gutted, primered fenders, dented and starting to rust, but 40mpg going 75 is worth it to me. point a to b and recently reliably.

Thats' a little strong. What about Daewoo? I don't think the worst car ever built was ever imported into the U.S. - or maybe it was for a short time. The worst car in the world is probably some beater right out of the factory that Russian ice farmers use to haul their shit around in Siberia. Or maybe the LeCar, remember that?

I think Saturns are pretty nice, I know a young lady who drives a Saturn wagon, it has pep .

cavalier or neon is probably worse. I like saturns, they are kinda cool., the pllastic, and the whole unique thing
