The S8 is already out. The new RS4 is in the works (with no specific release date). There may also be an RS8 and RS3 in the pipelines.

lol guys you must be jokin...there is no rs4 with 340 hp V8 4.2...correction:it is S4

and there is no s8 at this point...we have it ahead of us possibly equiped with 420hp v10 derived from gallardo

rs4 will use 4.2 biturbo engine from current rs6 and will be out in q1 2004(my prediction)

this is the situation in europe...i dont know whether s4 is called rs4 in america or if you take 4.2 v8 A8 as S8

Sorry, but WRONG you are. There IS an S8, we're just waiting for the RS8, and the NEW S8, see! I don't know if they'll bering us the RS4 yet though. They said it would be here before the end of 2003, and we haven't got it yet.

I have two Audis. I don't know much, but I do know about this. The current S4 is a V8 powered engine with 340 hp. They are coming out with an RS4 for 2005, I'm pretty sure it has 450 hp, like the RS6. The only S8 is from the older model. The newly designed A8 doesn't come as an S8. I'm sure of that because I have the A8, and I would have gotten the S8 if it was out. I read in a magazine that Audi plans on making an S8 and an RS8 by 2005 or 2006.
