Plz hel me pick a car in the range of $40,000 it can be a bulk car or i can buy a car in tune it but tunning must be in the range of 5-8,000 dollars. i am asking for a car with Lether interior CD player and Navi system if avalible. :roll: help me:)

i don't know what kind of performance you're looking for. I think that m3's are pretty sweet for the price. i've seen some pretty sporty Jaguars for under 40 grand (you would have to add things you want for the older models, but that's no big deal). Porsche 944's you can get for under 10 grand and they are not bad at all. you could also get an older model, decent condition Audi A, or S4, and there are lots of great after-market parts suppliers which make tuning these cars easy. i don't know, get some European Car and Dupont Registry magazines and do some research and do some comparisons. it's up to you.

Some questions of top of my head..

What performance level do you want?

Auto/manual?

FWD? AWD? RWD drive trains?

Do you care where its from?

Do you want luxury? Cruising? Performance? If so what type of performance?

Is fuel economy a problem?

What body style are you looking for?

And many many more questions.

I think the first step for you is describe your Ideal car as detailed as possible. Before we can even think of a specific car.

Well done. That's exactly the types of wuestions I would ask. There are so many 40K and sub-40K choices out there you HAVE to be more specific. It's impossible to just give an opinion, because I personally can think of at least 20 cars.
