I´ve seen that BMW have given the 3-series coupe models a Recent Face-Lift.....

I have heard something about the Xenon Halo bulbs from 5 going into 3, anyone know if this is true?

Yeah id probably think so. lots of people are putting in halos to E46 anyways

those halo lights are amazing. I think bmw should make them standard throughout all model lines, make them a trademark like the kidney bean grille.

FYI, the 5 series halo lights are not going into the new 3. Instead as an option in the 2004's, you can get the adaptive xenon's which actually adjust and point in the direction that the car is going.

That will be a really neat feature, maybe not as nice looking as the halos, i wonder how reliable the adaptives will be. Bimmer has had some trouble with reliability on the adaptively self leveling xenons.

wow, that is better than halos, i am genuinely impressed. That is the most beautiful set of headlights I have ever seen.

I wonder if the e46 m3 wil aslo get the upgrade. I didn't see any pictures of a facelifted m3 yet. If you look at the pictures of the latest M3 csl you can see that the rearlights has been upgraded, but not the frontlights....

They're all kind of starting to look like the 7-series in their styling of the head-lights. Not necessarily bad, but still....

I asked my friend, who's a salesman of BMW's, when the M3 gets the facelift of the new coupe. He said that the M3 not gets the same facelift so the front doens't change but there's a small change with the lights at the back. So the back will be the same like the new coupe.

Actually if you look at initial spy shots you can tell the rear is slightly modified. Again, I repeat, it is ever-so-slight that you may not notice anything, but compare it with a 2002/2003 3-series and you'll notice something's different about it (just a bit). I think it was about time BMW's went under face lift and overall minor exterior alterations.

dude, your tellin me.....haha that is funn....i notice the difference in black color in ever yera car made, i think i would notice the lights and mods made to it....Haha, then again i am a car nut....overly doing it, but yea. But for BMW to slightly modify there cars a bit, i am happy, because i think that all manufacters, even if they keep the same body style, should do some time of body slight upgrade, to differentiate between the eyars, thus keepin each year individual!!!!
