Aston Martin DB7 GT!!!

This very cool car is showed in Birmingham. It's the fastest Aston Martin ever. Now the engine has 15 HP more then the old DB7. It's 435 HP now. It costs 104.500 pounds. Here some pics:

The Aston Martin Vanquish is offered with a 460hp V12 and a 6 speed sequential box. Are you sure it isn't faster. They are working on tuning it to 500 soon (joint project with other ford family member jaguar)

The Vanquish is much heavier, it's weight is 4099 LBS and the DB7 GT weights 3968 LBS. But I found out that's not enough for the DB7 to beat the Vanquish. So the magazine where I got this information from IS WRONG. By the way I found a new image...

Vanquish is a very fast car. It is heavy - very very heavy for a car on an aluminum space frame. The sequential gearbox is nice - and its V12 is aruably the best in the world (amazing because its block is little more than two ford duratech 3.0 welded together - the head is effectively as if someone locked two of the Jaguar AJ-V6 heads together - although Aston did some amazing tuning on it). I only hope Jaguar gets this engine soon.

Well, I love them both, but must say that the Vanquish is the car you would want for high-speed driving. Weight often equals stability. But hey, best of all is having one (or more ) of each.
