Official pics, Please!

From what i've seen of th spy shots, the edited photos and numerous calls for Bangle to be shot, i don't like what i see with the e60 design. Is it just me, or do a few other think the same. It seems to me that the longer these unofficial pics keep circulating, the more frustrated people will be getting. People have already started turning away from BMW. Shurly BMW representatives read forums like this, the must know our thoughts about the designs of all the new models.

Would it not be in their best interests to release something official, a statement, a picture, Bangles head on a chopping board? The longer the rumours circulate, the more time people have got to decide that they would rather have a Merc.

Yeah, I am one of those people who would like bangle's head stuffed and mounted. I like a lot of what the E60 has going for it, but some of the details are too "trying to be artistic different". It is a classy car, but if you injected more classic BMW into it, it would really be something special. Also, the qualtiy control issues on E60 have gone way out of control. More things have gone wrong with them than you can believe. For years BMW has gone unconstested - now it is time for the champion to defend his tittle in the ring. Audi and MB are closing fast - BMW cannot afford to stumble. I think this is why no official 5 series pics have come out. They are still trying to refine them to the point where people can look at them. If BMW released the 5 series as it looks in the unnoficial pics, they would be sunk. Also, Z3 had a great classic look going, why couldn't they have refined and modernized the theme without going post modern neo industrial? BMW has to be good and sure people will like the 5 series pics before they come out. I hope the get the styling right for 5 series, and for the love of god - keep bangle away from 3 series!!!
