well, you are paying for the technological tour de force driveline, the first rate interior, more computers than your local best buy, and the prestige of driving the top of the line BMW. It is expensive, though still less than a comperable S600. I think some of the things done on 760 were mistakes, plastic door handles being one of them. The shifter on the steering column is a huge and grevious one to me. I will never drive any vehicle that has the gear shifter there (it is my largest pet pieve).
