In february. Weight will be 1350kg and the 4l v8 will produce 350hp. In raceversion it will produce 450hp the 100hp less comes from that the race version was too loud and not a friend with the nature. Think aftermarkets shops will work out something for that car. Sad that the price will be 250 000 Euro.

I understood that BMW is REQUIRED to produce a street legal M3 GTR in order to race with them. I thought they couldn't homologate a V8 racer otherwise. Am I wrong?

No, you´re wright. The production of this car will be started next year about february. BMW has published this information himself, so it must be correct. I don´t know why Roland knows something else. The fact about no cars from the type M3 GTR for the public must be wrong.

I heard 350hp because of emission levels . A shame, really. It'll be fast with 350 but come on! I guess it's just more money for tuners...
