The Wrangler " outdated and out of style " has got to be one of the dumbest comments I've read. The thing is a classic, and about as focused, and capable of it's duty as any vehicle as you can get. The Grand Cherokee " probably " drains an oil field? Probably not. One thing to remember, un-stylish junk that leaks oil does not sell in great numbers for half a century.

The BMW X5 is a very good " activity " vehicle, but you know that thing will not be built 50 years from now. or anywhere near that.

i think he means it sucks gas like crazy. Keep this in mind, my land rover, which is slightly more capable off road, less capable on the road, and only a little fancier inside, as well as much slower, would suck JGC under the table. Trust me, grand cherokee isn't bad.

wrangler is still around because it is very capable and a classic. If it needed to be changed, it would be.
