I had a question as to if anyone knows of any shipping companies that will ship large amounts of car parts from Iwakuni Japan to San Deigo CA. for a reasonable price. I am trying to get a large semi trailer container shipped that will contain as many JDM parts for a 240 to silvia conversion I am going to start in September along with parts for RX7 and Civics. If I can find a shipping company a friend of mine and I are going to start shipping parts as soon as we can save money for the trip (Around September) feel free to respond with any customs or international shipping laws. I know complete cars are out of the question.

it won't be easy to do as an individual. there are well established firms who handle this sort of thing (but they are all very expensive). I am not sure how customs will respond to a semi trailer full of car parts. I know people who have imported H20 and Nissan GT-R I6 TT motors, but never a whole semi full of parts. I will ask some of my rice rocket freinds who handled shipping their parts.
