2004 BMW M3 Convertible tires

Hi all, anyone know if this model has a spare tire in the trunk ??? The dealer told me it doesn't. He said that instead there is the M Mobility system which includes lifetime tire assistance.

That does not have a spare, thats' true. At least in the case of the M5 it's due to a lack of space, as the exhaust system takes a lot of space.

M Mobility is basically a can of rapid sealant, and a small air-compressor which allows you to repair the damaged tire and drive on to get it replaced eventually. This is all carried in the trunk. Assistance is available in case you can't " fix " the spare your own dang self.

car and driver tests of BMW's road side assistance has shown they will be at the scene in an average of 42 minutes, that isn't bad, and if you are dressed up, or bad weather, atleast that way you won't get dirty.

I don't have a spare in my 318i!
