Fastest M5?

Anyone here know what the fastest M5 is ? be it naturally aspirated, turbocharged, supercharged....

im talking about the fastest...ever ! not the stock ones...the ones after they have been tuned etc.... after they have been taken to people like Hamann, Hartge and ACS....

a 600hp M5, not sure.

I think the fastest naturally aspirated is Dinan M5 S2, with 470hp. Turbocharging the M series engines is hard to do, as far as I know.

the nowak m5 has 500hp n/a just by making it breathe better

did a quick google search found:

a 517hp 543 ft-lb supercharged 2001 model with a an extra hit of 100hp NOS.

A dinan turbo 1988 m5 525hp

Those two i found within a minute, and i'm sure there are others to surpass these.

I'm thinking the fastest M5 is probably a twin-turbo nitrous abomination that nobody has ever heard of, and no true BMW enthusiest would care to see.

I've heard of people getting the E34 M5's with the 3.6 and 3.8L I6s with twin turbo kits over 600hp without nitrous, but the E39 with the 5.0L, the dinan S2 is the best performing, more than horsepower, it puts it down better. 4.1 secconds to sixty, a topspeed of 201mph, even E60 will have a good run to top it. And the twin turbo E34's, as fast as they were, were abominations.

WHATTT??? 201mph? no that's wrong it geos 191mph 471hp and yeah geos 0-60 in 4.1s
