Alfa Romeo left the American shores in 1995 having only slow sales with their only offering, the 164. But now, eight years later, having experienced a renaissance with a newly invigorated product line including the wonderful 156 sedan and wagon; and winning championships once again - Alfa is the toast of Europe.

Alfa Romeo is planning to come back to the states in two to four years according to anyone who thinks they know. How do you think the hot 156 GTA would fair in the U.S. against the likes of M3, WRX, Evo, and the rest of the bullet cars available in North America, market wise as well?

Steering - 1.7 turns lock to lock ( the tightest of any massproduction car. )
