1998 CLK 320

I am looking to buy a used CLK 320, 1998, with 21k miles for $27k. Is this a good deal? Are there any known problems with this specific years CLKs? How reliable are these enginges and how long should they last?

If i convert the dollar price into rands it is very cheap ... but im not sure if its the same down in the states ! As far as i know the previous CLK's had no problems and as for the engine it should last you a good 300000 KM (187500Miles) !
