1.8 16v dohc questions

hello everyone really i miss all the good friends here i hope u r fine, i got my new car its mk1 1.8L 16v twin cam i add some modifications like short shifter of gear box it runs like hell but i want to know somethings
1- is that motor good or bad ?
2- does it have problems ?
3- and is it actually 120hp or more ?
4- what is the best tuning for it to increase hp?
5- and can i put turbo on it as it is or shall i change something in the motor?

You should try to mount the G Loader from Corrado G60. This one can be tuned up to 210 HP without spending big money.
