Rep Power: 0 | Buy 911 Turbo now, or is there a new version coming out? Is there a new version of the 911 Turbo coming out soon? Or should I go ahead and buy a 2003 911 Turbo? |

Rep Power: 10 | sure, 2005/2006 sees a new 911 platform. All indications point to that having a rear mounted 4.5L V8 (dry sump lube of course).

Rep Power: 7 | Won't that be for 2004/2005? I'm beginining to see previews already. I don't think it would appear in 2k5/2k6 if the 911s and the Boxster got major mods in 2004/2005.

Rep Power: 6 | Turbos Would this be your first Porsche? Why don't you buy used and get a 993 Turbo if you are thinking about upgrading in the near future. This would save you some money plus you would see if you even like a 911 Turbo. The Turbo S has come down in price, check those out. Hope I helped. |

Rep Power: 10 | my personal pick for a porsche is the carrera with the X51 engine package.
makes it darn near fast as the turbo, but without the turbo, it is an amazing car.

Rep Power: 7 | Why a 928 when you can go for a 996...? Or just save your money. That's ALWAYS the best thing to do. Then maybe in about a half a decade or something you could buy a Carrera GT and pimp it out!

Rep Power: 10 | but in that half decade you could be driving a 928 and loving it. I'd be too nervous driving a car like that anyhow, some ***** would probably back into in a parking lot. Then i'd have to run him over. twice.
A 928 is a lot like a corvette, just more refined. It is not like a 911 much at all, but is still an awsome sports car.

Rep Power: 0 | This would be a daily driver. Right now, we're deciding between the 911 Turbo and the Mercedes S55. |

Rep Power: 10 | I'd tell you to get the 911 Turbo. A much sportier car, aside from having a pseudo back seat. An SL55 is awsome as well though, so that is hard choice.

Rep Power: 6 | Porsche to buy I would love to say buy a 928 GTS, but I can't. The last one produced is all ready 8 years old. Its too hard to find one with a 5-speed and in great shape. I would go with the 996 TT over the MBZ, I think you would have more fun. Then the other side says go with the benz as it might make a better daily. |
