In the demo vids they kind of hop over the first ripple strip and use that to kind of get the car through. I usually do it how I see it in professional races, where they just try and come out on the outside to get good speed into the next turn.

The thing that I think is the biggest time decimator is the final turn before the home straight, it's very sharp. But I too often use the apex to hop the suspension, and help a tough turning car to turn.

Here is a recipe for a great handling machine, try it.

F094/H

..................... front ................. rear

Shock Bound ... 8 ........................ 9

Rebound ......... 9 ...................... 10

Camber ........ 1.9 .................... 3.1

Toe .............. 0.5 .................... -1.0

Breaks .......... 24 ...................... 23

Downforce .... 1.00 ................... 1.40

im going to need to get back home and start checking my stats.

with fine tuning and skilled "driving" you can make any car quick as anything.

ive actually gotten the escudo to hang with the f1 cars. also the f686/m or f688/m are the best. i love turbos hopefully ill get home this weekend to throw the times up.

Ugh, the Escudo is a freak. Faster than the dickens on the straights, but other than that, I don't know what this car is good for - handling is absolutely awful, even dialing in a truck load of rear camber which I like to do doesn't help it much. If you have some good settings for it, could you put them up?

I'm about 40% through the game myself, so I have only the F094/H so far.

ill throw up the stats as soon as i get home. the real key was tuning the tranny to the precise shift points, as to stay in boost. also if you tune the escudo right you can get 400+mph. so like i said before hopefully this weekend ill get back to my ps2.

98% finished with gt3 but i just cant get past that. dont know what i have to do.

on a side note: gt4 is out.....

I can't get the Escudo to turn out good times on Laguna, simply because whenever it starts to slide, it just goes in a straight line; the back end doesn't come out (even with 10% on the VCD).

make all the rear suspension components stiffer and make the lsd stronger in the rear. also screwing around with the camber and toe helps a but load.
