twin turbo!!!!

i've a general general idea about twin turbo but
can someone help me to understand how this engine is designed
and some other info like - why these power of it.

and roughly, what does this expression mean : Power :- 432.5 kw / 580.0 bhp @ 7500 rpm Torque:- 650 nm / 479.4 ft lbs @ 4000-5400

and is any model of cars has the individual design of twin turbo engine?
