i think they really needed to get more hp out of the nsx since the 350z was cutting it real close. their remedy was plainly 100more whp. i am very anxious to see how it will perform.

hey bleh, one thing just hit me, your sig line says "it doesn't matter if my car is slow .... I know what i'm talking about." If you know what you are talking about, why is your car still slow?

And the 350Z was not even in league handling wise with NSX, and is well heavier (NSX is all aluminum), i do see the point, but supposedly the new NSX will fix this with a much needed boost in tech and displacement to get the extra ponies needed to keep up.

I actually really like the stylin, especially the back end. I don't see much wrong with it except maybe its a lil 2 flat.
The edges on it seem a tad sharp maybe need 2 be rounded off jus a tad.
But maybe it does look alot better in real life but not like we're gonna get 2 see it netime soon.
I also hope 2 see the hp be from 330-360 and the torque be not 2 far behind since
honda is known 2 be lackin majorly on torque versus hp.
That would be definite potential to add sum scare and wonder into sum supercars.
I also hope they make it pretty lightweight as well not with alot of shit weighted gizmo's like dvd's
and tv's and all that shit. Jus things to help u out on the track when u need it and then have a button like usual when u don't.
That's my 2 cents.

$, im still about $1000 in the hole. fortunately my parents dont charge rent. i made a few poor investments in the past 4 years.

i think honda wanted to correct the idea paying more than double for just better handling. also the newer nsx's are not that much lighter than the 350z. the difference in weight could be compensated for in driver's obesity(sp?) or a full tank of gas. does this site have a spell checker?

1998 nsx curb weight of 3160lbs. 290hp. 224lb-ft

2002 nsx curb weight 3153lbs. 290hp. 224lb-ft

however they did make an nsx-s ZERO, which had substantially less weight, and was considered a race ready out of the box... but good luck finding one, we never got them in the states, and are rare enough in japan too.

well in that sense you are right. the 1990 nsx had the same power figures and weighed 3036lbs. i think that year was only released in japan though
