Pack that stuff in there enough, seal it up. It's not going anywhere. Recycled paper for my ass, Yeah :P !

i'm telling you as someone with a background in engineering, paper is not good for this. it will eventually wear out (by eventually, i mean not that long). it's a nice notion. maybe in a hyundai, not anything i'd like to be driving.

and i love saving gas, i'm pro ethanol and such, but i'd sooner suck saudi arabia dry than drive a paper mache' car.

You don't like trees?

Paper mache is definitely NOT a good idea though. That stuff would wear out more or less depending on where your car is being driven. But I know for a fact that it would be COMPLETELY useless in a place such as British Columbia (where I live). The moisture would kill your paper mache car. That's not exactly trust-worthy material when it comes to building something as expensive and sensitive as a car. Building a car is like playing with the mafia. One wrong move and you're in deep shit. And "paper mache" for body panels would be a BAD idea!

i mean, like an aluminum alloy would be fine.

i read an article that said by 2025, carbon fiber would be cheaper to make than steel. can't beat that.

Yes I know about that, and I think it'll be sooner than 2025! And besides, it's all for the best. Carbon-Fibre is a bit lighter than Aluminum too.

Shredded paper seats in exotic cars! And you thought that the Mercedes plastic door handles were poor taste. Aluminum space frames also would be expensive. It makes no sense that companies would be coming out with such amazing cars at times like these, but who can figure, I'm happy.

the weallthy never really suffer, the system is set up that way. amazing cars are nice. a steel space frame works, but that's steel. too bad.

Nice to see you're not brainwashed by the media and government to think otherwise.

a relative of mine, who happens to be a republican state senator once said "the worst thing that ever happened to america is liberals got money". Lol, yeah, it's true. i'm living proof. I have a little "democratic party thingy on my J. Tiffany and Co. platinum key chain with jaguar, porshce, and bmw keys next to it. It disgusts my family. I'll tell ya, the system is set up that way, people talk about recession, i haven't felt any of it, wanna guess why?

Titanium alloy would be a great material if it weren't so expensive (and relatively heavy).
