I agree, that would be mission impossible. By the way, that road led to the highway, but he got stuck behind the other car while I drove my gears out right on the highway. He passed me like a minute later with 160km/h. You should have seen his face. You know, I'd kick more a.. if I would have a fast car, but at the moment I don't have one at all, unfortunately. So I have to be satisfied with what I get to drive.

Well, yeah, it would especially be mission-impossible in a stock Civic.

Don't worry about what you have. At the moment I don't even HAVE a car. If I were you I'd look on the bright side: there are more options out there for Civic modification than there are grains of sand on a beach. You'd still need to spend moola, I agree, but you can probably modify your Civic to oblivion (to the point where you can sell it for Ferrari dough). That's an encouraging thought, at least.

I would like the thought, but I told you, it's not my car. I have none either. At the moment I drive what I can borrow from friends or family. It's my brothers Civic. Awesome little car. Doesn't have power but you can drive it like a go-kart.

You could modify a Civic to oblivion, but I don't think you could sell it for Ferrari dough. Cars like that are not very good as an investment, and are often re-sold at a fraction of what was put into them. No one wants to pay more, after all, it's still a Civic.

Well, maybe I exaggerrated a bit, but if you really think about it, a super-light-weight carbon-fibre/aluminum-alloy body-replacement for the Civic would allow for the best of all of the available options to be installed into the Civic. All told the combined price of the added parts alone should be 1/4th the price of a "moderately-priced" Ferrari. This is of course only true if you consider every damn upgrade and modification option out there, even those that weren't meant for the Civic. I could agree that not a lot of people would wanna pay for an over-priced tuner car that's "still a Civic", but it's plausible to think that if someone is looking to buy a relatively cheap super-car or sports-car with a hell of a lot of kit, then the car in question would probably be considered. Maybe more so if the buyer is interested in showing off a Hell-Breaker Civic. Afterall, no one would ever expect a 540HP Civic with Ferrari equipment and body modifications.
