I like the concepts from both sides. As far as technology is concerned, I'd have to vote for Europe. But for design, I vote American. Those new GM and Ford concepts are damn gorgeous!
There are some awsome american cars, and in a few years, the playing field will be a bit more even, but lets look at it like this, america builds cars for quantity, the europeans have tradition and passion for the construction of their cars. And if you get behind the wheel, you can nearly feel what the person who designed it felt.

Couldnt really say as i dont know many, but cars like the gt40 are awesome, but there is nothing better than the mighty 16/4 bugatti veyron. does anyone know when production is starting on it? probably europe, but 5-10 years time, and it may be an entirely different ball game.
