According to the BMW career site they have an exchange program BUT like in most cases you have to be highly qualified to be accepted in such a program. Because of the time, effort and money involved with a expat program they will make absolutely sure they need you there.

I don't want to destroy your dreams before they even start but an expat offer is really hard to get. You have to be among the best in the world (not just US or Germany) at what you do. If you're just a college graduate, well there are enough college graduates in Germany aswell so it's easier for them to get someone in Germany then to expat you to Germany.

Like I said before, excel at what you do, be among the best and make sure BMW knows they need you.
